Project Summary
Monumental project in collaboration with the esteemed client, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). Our mission is to contribute to the development of the 4-lane Bangalore-Chennai Expressway, a transformative infrastructure project that will connect two major cities and redefine travel in the region. The project encompasses the construction of a 4-lane expressway spanning from 204.500 km to km 230.00, specifically from Arakkonam to Kancheepuram, forming an integral part of Phase III/Package III in the state of Tamil Nadu. This ambitious initiative is a part of the Bharatmala program, undertaken on a hybrid annuity mode, aiming to enhance connectivity and boost economic growth.
Hse Compliance
➢Third Party inspection certificate of all Hydraulic Pile Rigs (02 Nos) & Tractor Rigs (03Nos)
➢ 320 Crawler Crane & Mobile Hydra Crane inspection done (02Nos).
➢ Lifting tools & tackles Inspection completed (04Nos) on place.
➢First Aid Box inspection going on regularly.
➢Daily Tool Box Meeting conducted at site.
➢Daily Checking of ELCB & other regular routine inspection on going .
➢Daily Safety Observation Report & CA / CO Status.
➢Inspection of DG (03Nos) & MDB panel (03 Nos), Welding Mechine (04) & Power Tools done .
➢Safety induction done all employee & workers .
➢Fire Point provided at site
➢ Drinking water station & workers Rest area on place.
➢Assembly point to be place at work site.
➢ Safety Bulletin and awareness posters to be displayed at site.
➢ESI & EPF statutory compliance in process going on.
